  • ✓ Karaage Large Bowl: this is one of those dishes for hungry people we mentioned above. Chunks of chicken are fried until golden brown and seasoned with a top-secret blend of aromatic flavours. Add some dress veggies and a mound of steaming rice and we're almost done. To finish this dish off, the chef drizzles it all in tasty Teriyaki sauce.
  • ✓ Ebi Fry: another hearty dish, this large bowl features three battered shrimp pieces fried until delectably crispy and paired up with veggies, a bed of rice and some Teriyaki sauce for good measure.
  • ✓ Beef and salmon combo: the beef here is sliced and simmered until tender in a centuries-old sauce recipe. Fried salmon is then added on the side and creamy Jikasei sauce is poured over it. The chef then adds colourful veggies and some tasty steamed rice.
